PROJECT DESCRIPTION
From 23 to 25 June 2019, with co-financing from the Campania Region ERDF, Davia will exhibit its products at Summer Fancy Food, North America’s leading trade show for the food and beverage sector. The exhibition covers 30,000 square metres, features more than 180,000 products and brings together around 2,600 exhibitors and over 23,000 trade visitors from 100 countries.

OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS
The United States is Italy’s second-largest export market for preserved tomatoes, with a compound annual growth rate of 3.4%. Davia S.p.A. already operates in this market, supported by high-quality and organic raw materials, packaging innovation and the traditions of its home region.
Participation with a 9-square-metre stand in the Italian Pavilion is primarily intended to strengthen Davia’s existing network of distribution and food service professionals.
The expected results are twofold: (a) to increase the company’s export turnover by at least 15% compared with the 2017–2018 period; and (b) to raise awareness among distribution and food service professionals in the target market of the authenticity and quality of Davia products.
