PROJECT DESCRIPTION
From 5 to 8 March 2019, with co-financing from the Campania Region ERDF, Davia will participate in the 44th edition of FOODEX Japan, the largest food and beverage trade exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region. The event welcomes around 3,300 exhibitors and over 85,000 trade visitors.

OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS
Japan is Italy’s leading export market for the product covered by this initiative, with a compound annual growth rate of 1.0%. Davia S.p.A. is already active in this market thanks to high-quality and organic ingredients, packaging innovation and the traditions of its region of origin.
Participation with a 9-square-metre stand in the ICE Italian Pavilion aims to consolidate Davia’s established network of distribution and food service professionals.
Two results are expected: (a) an increase in export turnover of at least 15% compared with 2017–2018; and (b) greater awareness and recognition of the authenticity and quality of Davia products among distribution and food service professionals in the target market.
